ClearLead Estimator is operated by DVC Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17076526). Registered address: 69 Juniper Close, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, EN10 6HW, United Kingdom.
By using our service you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. The service
ClearLead Estimator provides UK building contractors with an automated lead qualification and estimate delivery platform, including:
- An embeddable website quote widget
- A WhatsApp-based lead capture and qualification bot
- A leads inbox and admin dashboard
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- A free trial period may be offered at our discretion. No card is required during the trial.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the platform
- Submit false or misleading information
5. Lead quality disclaimer
ClearLead Estimator qualifies and delivers enquiries based on information provided by the end user. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a confirmed project or sale. Estimate ranges displayed to clients are indicative only and are generated automatically based on average market rates.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVC Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual property
All content, software, and branding associated with ClearLead Estimator remains the intellectual property of DVC Ventures Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
